Hearts is a trick taking Reverse play card game where there are four players, no teams, and no trump suit. A Reverse card game is one in which the players goal is to avoid scoring points. In the game Hearts, each heart card is worth one point, and the Queen Of Spades is worth 13 points. Before the hand begins, the players pass 3 cards (except in no pass rounds) which they do not want. The first trick is lead by the player that has the 2 of clubs, and must be lead with the 2 of clubs. Each player must follow suit, unless that player does not have a card in the suit that was lead. In that case the player may play any suit he likes, and will not win the trick. The game is over when a player reaches 100 points, and the player with the lowest score at that time wins the game.

This game is NOT a gambling simulation. It is intended to be an entertaining diversion, not a simulation of casino games.
