When playing Baroness Solitaire you must try to discard cards in pairs where the rank of the two cards total 13. Number cards have a rank that corresponds with the number, the other cards have the following ranks:
Ace = 1
Jack = 11
Queen = 12
King = 13
A King can be discarded without pairing it with any other card because it has a value of 13. The player wins when all 52 cards have been discarded.
This game is NOT a gambling simulation. It is intended to be an entertaining
diversion, not a simulation of casino games.
